BOOKINGS Bookings must be made at least 48 hours prior to arrival. The best way to guarantee availability at the club.

CANCELLATIONS / LATE SHOW POLICY 
Please cancel 24 hours before any pre-booked and paid session if you cannot commit or full charge will be applied.

Late Show Policy: Your booking will be valid until 30 minutes after the beginning of the session. After 30 minutes your reservation will be canceled.

NO SHOW: In case of no-show to a booked session, any subsequent sessions booked will be automatically cancelled requiring new bookings, subject to availability.

HYGIENE Children should bring their personal hygiene items in a separate bag: nappies, wipes and diaper cream. Identify the child´s name.

CLOTHING Children should bring comfortable shoes and clothes, according to the activities and bring spare clothing in case of toilet “needs”. Place the clothes in separate bag. Identify the child´s name.

FOOD & BEVERAGE Please bring your drinking bottle. Identify with the child’s name. 

REGISTRATION A registration form should be filled in by parents with all relevant details about their child. We recommend you to read the terms and conditions carefully. A Safety Password system is used to easily and safely identify the parents or other adults picking up children.

• To guarantee the space for your child in the desired sessions, it is advised to pre-book. Bookings are accepted on availability.
• Certain activities will incur an extra charge.
• Program can suffer alterations without notice.

• Cancellation / No show fee within 24 hours – we will charge the value of the session if the child doesn’t attend the session
