We have at your disposal an experienced team of childminders providing babysitting services for children aged 6 months and older. For each service request, a minimum charge of 2 hours is applied. We accept a maximum of three children per childminder.*

Bookings must be made 24 hours in advance at the Kids Club reception. Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice are subject to a 1-hour charge.

Per one hour – 08:00 until 24:00
One or two children – 20€
Three children – 25€

Per one hour – 24:00 until 08:00
One or two children – 24€
Three children – 29€

* For children aged under 18 months, we accept a maximum of two children per childminders.

  1. The Hotel policy and Portuguese Law state that no child should be left unattended.
  2. Babysitting services are available exclusively for children aged 6 months and older.
  3. The Child Care Service is subject to availability upon request.
  4. For each service request, a minimum charge of 2 hours applies.
  5. Service requested is per family. Children must be siblings.
  6. After midnight, the cost will increase by 4€ per hour.
  7. The ratio is 1 childminder per 3 children.
  8. For children under 18 months, the ratio is 1 childminder per 2 children.
  9. Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance via My Martinhal request, email, WhatsApp, or directly at the Kids Club.
  10. Cancellations made on the day are subject to a minimum charge of 1 hour.
  11. Babysitting reservations made on the same day depend on monitor availability.
  12. Monitors are subject to availability. We do not guarantee the service with the requested preference.
