BOOKINGS
Bookings must be made at least 48 hours before arrival at the hotel. This is the best way to ensure you have a place at the club.

CANCELLATIONS / LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
Cancellation Policy:
Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
Late Arrival Policy:
In the event of a delay without prior notice, your booking will be cancelled 15 minutes after the start of the session.

NO-SHOW
If you do not attend the session, subsequent sessions will be automatically cancelled. You must make a new booking if you wish to re-enrol your children in the sessions. Subject to availability.

HYGIENE
Children must bring their own personal hygiene items: nappies, wipes and the cream normally used when changing nappies. Please place these in an individual bag and label it with the child’s name.

CLOTHING
Children must bring comfortable footwear and clothing suitable for the activities, and should also bring a change of clothes in case they need to change. Please place the clothes in an individual bag and label it with the child’s name.

FOOD
Please bring your own water bottle. Label it with the child’s name.

REGISTRATION
You must complete a registration form providing all the relevant details about your child. We recommend that you read the terms and conditions carefully. A security password is used to identify parents or other adults collecting children more securely and easily.
