In a bid to cut down on the environmental impact of laundering your sheets, as standard they are only changed every third day. Should you wish this to be done before, please leave the designated card on the bed.

We kindly ask you to vacate your apartment by 11h00. If you wish to stay on and make use of the facilities for the rest of the day, we can open you a Day Guest account for further purchases you may wish to make. Do Not Disturb
There is a ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign in your room. If you wish not to be disturbed by housekeeping or the turndown service, please place the ‘Do Not Disturb’ sign outside your door. Please remember to remove this once you leave to ensure we are able to service your room promptly. (This can be found hanging on the inside of your door).

If you would like some washing done during your stay, simply place your items in the laundry bag provided (in the wardrobe) and contact Reception to collect it (Dial “9”). Laundry sent before 13:00 will be returned the following day before 19:00. Dry cleaning is available.
Digital international newspaper service is available for free for all our guests. Our Family Concierge will also print newspapers for guests on demand (charge applies).
Pets are not allowed in the Hotel or public areas.
